By placing an order or making a booking/reservation through https://booking.bangtaomuaythai.com, (“Websites”) you herby understand that an agreement has been entered between you and Siam Martial Arts Training Center co. Ltd. (“Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA”, “BMT”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you agree to have read and understood the following terms and conditions fully:

• All payments are final – I understand that all payments made through the website and upon arrival for training and accommodation are final and is not refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no changes will be given under any circumstance.
• Strict no-refund policy – I understand that BMT has a strict no-refund policy for training and accommodations. Training is entirely optional and BMT is not responsible for loss of training due to illness, injury, emergency situations or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Accommodation subject to availability – I understand that the accommodation listed on the website are subject to availability. BMT reserves the right to put you in a different accommodation of comparable quality within similar distance from the camp. Once accommodation is booked and removed from availability to other customers there is no refund allowed.
• Prices and availability subject to change without notice. 7% VAT will be charged for all purchases (included in all orders) and will be visible in your booking overview and during the checkout process.
